A 30-minute conversation with a team member. Mostly us getting to know each other — not a grilling. You'll leave knowing if you want to go further.
A real project
A small take-home task close to what you'd actually do here. Paid for your time. We discuss it together in the next round, so it's a conversation, not a test.
Meet the team
A half-day with a few more of us, usually in our office but flexible. You ask us as many questions as we ask you. We make a decision within a week.
