Role Overview:

As our lead Mobile Developer, you will own the development of our flagship consumer applications for both Android and iOS. You will be responsible for the entire mobile application lifecycle, from architecture and development to deployment and maintenance. We are looking for a developer with a deep understanding of the mobile ecosystem and a passion for creating smooth, high-performance applications.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and build advanced mobile applications using either native (Kotlin/Swift) or cross-platform (Flutter/React Native) technologies.
• Collaborate with the back-end team to define and integrate with RESTful APIs.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Implement pixel-perfect UIs that match designs.
• Publish applications to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store, managing the entire release process.

Experience:

3-5 years of professional experience in mobile application development with a portfolio of published apps.

Remuneration:

• Negotiable based on experience and skill set
• This role includes a grant of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company.
