Role Overview:

As our UI/UX Developer, you will be the voice of our users, responsible for creating intuitive, engaging, and visually stunning experiences. This hybrid role requires you to not only design but also develop the front-end of our applications. You will translate user research and design concepts into seamless, functional interfaces that are both beautiful and highly usable.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the UI/UX design process from concept to execution, creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.
• Conduct user research and usability testing to inform design decisions and validate solutions.
• Translate final designs into clean, efficient, and responsive front-end code using HTML, CSS, and JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Develop and maintain a component library and design system to ensure brand and UI consistency across all products.
• Collaborate closely with Product Managers and developers to ensure a cohesive and user-centric final product.

Experience:

2-4 years of professional experience in a UI/UX role with a strong portfolio showcasing both design and front-end development projects.

Remuneration:

• Negotiable based on experience and skill set
• This role includes a grant of Employee Stock Ownership Plans (ESOPs), allowing you to share in the long-term success of the company.
